Dadpe pohe....... 🍽️ Ingredients (Serves 2–3): Ingredients: Thin poha (flattened rice) 1½ cups Fresh grated coconut ½ cup Onion (finely chopped) 1 medium Green chilies (finely chopped) 1 or 2  Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Salt to taste Sugar ½ tsp (optional) Tempering or Tadka Ingredients Oil 1 tbsp Mustard seeds ½ tsp Hing (asafoetida) a pinch Curry leaves 6–8  Method: 1. Prepare Poha: Take thin poha in a large bowl. Sprinkle 2–3 tablespoons of water and cover with a lid for 10 minutes. This allows poha to soften slightly without becoming mushy. 2. Mix Ingredients: Add grated coconut, chopped onion, green chilies, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix gently with hands or spoon. 3. Tempering: Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add hing and curry leaves. Turn off the heat. Pour the tempering over the poha mixture. 4. Garnish: Add freshly chopped coriander.
